Rates & Payment information
Private rate: $150 per hour
For non-represented clients in need of investigation services, cases are accepted on a case by case basis. These cases can include (but are not limited to): locating lost loved ones, post divorce & family matters, genealogy research, special event party presentations, etc. Call or email for a free consultation.
Attorney rate: $130 per hour
For those attorneys with private paying clients, AW Investigations, LLC will set up payment arrangements directly through your clients, so that you don’t need to worry about collecting payment for your investigation. Instead, you may focus on your legal representation.
Government rates: Federal: $125 NH State: $100
AW Investigations, LLC also frequently handles indigent criminal defense cases and takes payments directly from the State and Federal Courts. We make this process as simple as possible for the attorneys and their support staff by filling out all the forms for the attorneys to e-file in the State cases.
Weekly rates: $5,000
If you need extensive research and investigations and would like to reserve Investigator Amy Wallace's time for an entire week - weekly rates are available upon request. The investigator will reserve her time for seven days and work solely on your case for a minimum of 40 to maximum of 60 hours. Please email wallace@awinvestigations for an estimate.
